Once again, it is like Einstein stated:  Everything moves in circles.”  What you continually think about will come back into your life.   The Law of Mental Equivalents means that within the body of your own thinking is an inward acceptance and the real feeling of “I HAVE IT NOW.  One of the missing pieces of the puzzle for The Law of Attraction and manifestation is making sure that you are not always expecting, (waiting for something to happen) but that you actually have it NOW.  Faith says and believes that “IHAVE IT NOW”.  Hebrews 11:1 – Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.  What would you feel like if your were wealthy?  What would you feel like if you had manifested the love of your life?  Make a quality decision to day by day get and keep yourself in that feeling place of having it now.  Some tools that you might use would be:   meditation, prayer, visualization, reading your bible or giving yourself any spiritual treatment that would help you to embody and accept that you already have your heart’s desire, because in the spirit realm you already possess it!

I love the way that God has given us a precise, scientific and spiritual way out of any dilemma for which we might currently find ourselves. Today deliberately to begin to conscious monitor and change what you are thinking.  You can on purpose begin to mentally embody whatever you desire.  It can be a long and arduous process, but you can begin to moment by moment begin changing old thought patterns into new ones that would begin creating the live of our dreams.

So here is a prayer or treatment that you can begin pray or meditate upon, until you embody it.

“I know that all the Good there is belong to me.  God is Good, Good is God.  I am surrounded by Good, I am enveloped in it: I feel its presence.

There is nothing in me that can reject the Good.  My whole inner feeling entertains it and experiences it.  My whole expectation is one of joy and pleasurable anticipation.  All the old thoughts of fear and doubt and uncertainly have vanished.  Within me is the Secret Place of the Most High; within me is the Presence and the Power and the will to know and to do and to be.

There is nothing in me that can deny this statement or refuse to accept it.  There is nothing in me that can limit me.  I thank God for the manifestation NOW!

As A Man Thinketh is a great little book published in 1902 by James Allen. Allen arrived at the philosophy of the book through observation and meditation. Allen was profoundly impacted by Proverbs 23:7 :  For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he… Allen argues that a man who works on himself inside first will soon see the changes reflected in his outer world.

As A Man Thinketh is a powerful philosophy that will help you achieve by changing and purifying your thoughts. The book will show you how to transform your thoughts into concrete actions that will result in the achievement of anything that you deeply desire in your heart.

This is a success classic book written by Wallace D. Wattles in 1910. Wattles’ work is considered a philosophy of Mental Science or Mind Science which may have preceded the New Thought movement.

The Science of Getting Rich is his best-known work and can be described as a down-to-earth and clear-cut, a practical Law of Attraction training manual.

As the title of Wattles’ work suggests, this book is first and foremost a guide to acquiring wealth. However there is more to life than achieving financial success, and that is why the author also treats the successful life in general.

In my 25 years as a counselor, coach and now Radio Talk Show Host, the number question that I get asked is why am I stuck?  Why can’t I manifest in my life?  I have been praying for a change, and nothing has happened, why.   I know in my own life personally I have certainly cried out to God and asked those same questions.  But the truth that I have learned is that God or Spirit has already given us all things, that we have all of the knowledge and wisdom that we need, we can live unlimited lives, but we limit ourselves because unresolved and un-identified issues in our lives rob us of the power, position of authority and focus that we need to be the great co-creators with God in our lives.    I am going to list some of the reason that people are stuck in their lives.

• UNRESOLVED PERSONAL ISSUES
• LIMITING BELIEFS ABOUT WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU CAN DO, BE OR HAVE
• NOT IDENTIFYING REPEATED BEHAVIORIAL PATTERNS
• SELF-SABATOGING BEHAVIOR
• LOW SELF-IMAGE/SELF-SELF CONCEPT
• NO MENTORING/COACHING
• FEARFUL
• NO PLAN/VISION FOR LIFE
• NOT SPIRITUALLY CONNECTED

Take a look at the above list and see how many items you can identify with.  Let’s take an in-depth-look at some of the issues:

• LIMITING BELIEFS.  A limiting belief is what you truly believe about yourself at your core or in your heart.  Those beliefs are formed before you are 5 years of age.  Your experiences and environment have formed what you truly believe about yourself.  The problem is that most of us are believing lies about who we really are.   For example, if you were told as a child that “You can’t ever do anything right, you are stupid, you are too fat”, or any negative comment.  Over time, as an adult you have probably embrace those statements are TRUTH, and those statements have now become your Core Beliefs.  Your Core Beliefs determine how you think, what you feel and what you will do in life.  On the other hand, if you were told:  “You are special, You can do anything you want to do in life, You are pretty – then those beliefs are what you will embrace and walk out in your life.  In order to move forward in your life, begin to identify your limiting beliefs and replace them with the truth about who you really are.

• LOW SELF-ESTEEM/SELF-CONCEPT.  I can tell how you truly see and feel about yourself by the way you treat yourself, and how you allow others to treat you.  What you VIEW is what you DO.  That means, however you view yourself will determine the ACTION that you are going to take in your life.  What concept do you have of yourself?  Do you see yourself as powerless or powerful; inadequate or competent, unattractive or beautiful?  The way that you value or see yourself comes from the words, experiences and environment that you have been exposed to.  I know that a lot of my clients in the past have said to me “I love myself”, but their behavior did not align with their words.  Whatever you value, love, esteem and care for deeply, you will cherish, nourish and set appropriate boundaries (Learn to say NO!)  So begin to take an inventory of how wonderful and talented you are and begin reprogramming your thinking, believing and seeing yourself as the powerful person that God created to live life abundantly.

• NO MENTORING/COACHING.   We live in such a globally connected world.  Whatever happens in the US impacts the entire world.  I think that we have recently seen that played out during the recent economy crises over the past 2 years.  We are all connected and need each other.  In our own lives personally, we all need mentors and coaches.  They are in our lives to help take us to the next level. What it would take you a lifetime to learn, a Coach/mentor because of his/her experience can teach you in one session.   I know in my own life, I have three coaches.  (I might need more help than most of you – LOL)  I have a Spiritual Coach, a financial coach (millionaire) and a physical coach.  A coach or mentor is someone who has been where you want to go.   Why is it that we understand that athletics need coaches, actors need coaches, but we do not value ourselves enough to get the coaching that we need in order to move forward?   Take a look at the mergers around the world in Business – Delta and Northwest Airlines or AT&T and Bellsouth.  Businesses understand the power of two – the power of synergy – that when two people come together there is Power and Movement.  So if you do not have a coach/mentor – Get one today and see your life move forward.

STEPS TO BEGIN TO MOVE FORWARD:

• Make a quality decision to once and for all, get the help that you need to deal with your “Unresolved Stuff”
• Hire a Coach to take you from where you are to where you want to be.
• Write down all of the great attributes about yourself and begin to daily affirm those qualities in your life.
• Visualize – Begin to see yourself doing and being the person you desire to be.  Be sure to visualize with color, emotions and as much clarity as possible.
• Write a 30-day plan for your life.  Make it simple.  Take at least 3-5 action towards your goal daily.
• Remember, that you are created in the image and likeness of God, your creator.
